SPACESTRIKE.IO Terms of Service

Service

SPACESTRIKE.IO is an online beta game. You may use the service only for normal gameplay and account management. Do not cheat, automate abuse, exploit bugs, disrupt other players, reverse engineer private systems, or try to access systems that are not intended for you.

Who Can Create an Account

You must be 14 or older to create or use an account. Before Google sign-in we ask you to confirm that you are 14 or older; only the answer is recorded. Players under 14 can play as guests without an account. An account whose holder says they are under 14 is suspended and deleted after 7 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Match Chat

Keep match chat respectful. Messages are filtered for offensive words and are visible only to players in the same match. From October 15, 2026, messages are kept for 30 days so player reports can be reviewed, and a reported player's recent messages are kept with the report for up to one year, as described in the Privacy Policy. Harassment through chat can lead to the account actions below.

Accounts and Game Data

Your account, progress, platinum, inventory, default ship, match records, and other game data may be adjusted, reset, suspended, banned, or removed when they are created through abuse, payment reversal, bugs, unauthorized tools, harassment, fraud, or misuse of the service. You may contact support to ask for review of an account action.

Virtual Items

Platinum and items are virtual gameplay entitlements for SPACESTRIKE.IO only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside the service, and may change as the game is updated.

Developer Thank-You Grant

Beginning with the August 26, 2026 update, each eligible signed-in account receives a one-time promotional grant of 1,000 platinum on its first successful sign-in after the offer takes effect. Accounts created before the update are included. No purchase is required.

The grant has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or exploit-based claims may be withheld or reversed. A delivery retry may show the thank-you notice again, but it does not create a second grant.

Payments

Paid purchases are currently turned off: nothing can be bought and no payment is taken. If paid purchases are offered later, this page and the in-game shop will say so before checkout opens, and checkout may be processed by Xsolla or another payment provider. Prices, taxes, payment methods, fraud checks, regional rules, and provider terms may apply. SPACESTRIKE.IO grants virtual currency only after server-side payment confirmation.

Refunds and Reversals

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting admin@spacestrike.io. If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback is processed, the related platinum is deducted from your account and your platinum balance may become negative.
