Spacestrike Terms of Service

Service
Spacestrike is an online beta game. You may use the service only for normal gameplay and account management. Do not cheat, automate abuse, exploit bugs, disrupt other players, reverse engineer private systems, or try to access systems that are not intended for you.
Accounts and Game Data
Your account, progress, platinum, inventory, default ship, match records, and other game data may be adjusted, reset, suspended, banned, or removed when they are created through abuse, payment reversal, bugs, unauthorized tools, harassment, fraud, or misuse of the service. You may contact support to ask for review of an account action.
Virtual Items
Platinum and items are virtual gameplay entitlements for Spacestrike only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside the service, and may change as the game is updated.
Payments
If paid purchases are offered, checkout may be processed by Xsolla or another payment provider. Prices, taxes, payment methods, fraud checks, regional rules, and provider terms may apply. Spacestrike grants virtual currency only after server-side payment confirmation.
Refunds and Reversals
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting admin@spacestrike.io. If a refund, cancellation, or chargeback is processed, the related platinum is deducted from your account and your platinum balance may become negative.
