Spacestrike Privacy Policy

Data We Process
When you sign in with Google, Spacestrike uses your Firebase account identifier, display name, email, and profile image to create and maintain your game profile. The service stores gameplay data such as username, stats, level, XP, platinum, inventory, default ship, session totals, and timestamps.
Why We Use Data
We use data for authentication, profile persistence, game operation, multiplayer sessions, abuse prevention, debugging, payment validation where applicable, advertising where applicable, and service improvement.
Reports and Moderation
If you submit a player report, support request, or appeal, Spacestrike may process the category, reported player or UID, freeform details, page or session context, your account identifier, email, moderation status, public reason, internal review notes, and timestamps to investigate abuse, cheating, payment issues, account actions, bugs, and service misuse.
Payments
If purchases are offered through Xsolla, checkout may collect and process purchase, billing, contact, device, fraud-prevention, tax, and transaction data under Xsolla's legal terms and privacy policy. Spacestrike receives payment status and transaction details needed to validate users, grant platinum, process refunds, prevent abuse, and keep transaction records.
Advertising
AdSense loading is disabled until advertising is deliberately enabled with the required consent flow. If ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads where permitted. You can manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
Retention and Rights
Game, transaction, report, moderation, and support records are kept while needed to operate the service, resolve payment issues, investigate abuse, review account actions, comply with legal obligations, and maintain accounting records. You may request access, correction, deletion, or privacy support by contacting admin@spacestrike.io.
