Payment Requests

For payment or refund support, include your account email, transaction date, product, provider transaction ID if available, and a short description of the issue.

Account Actions

For suspension, ban, or moderation review requests, include your account email, display name, approximate time of the action, and any context that may help review the issue.

Player Reports

Signed-in players can submit cheating, harassment, payment, account, bug, or other reports from the main menu Report button. If you cannot sign in, contact support by email.
