Refund Window

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact admin@spacestrike.io with your account email, purchase date, product, and transaction details.

Virtual Currency Adjustment

When a refund, cancellation, or chargeback is processed, Spacestrike deducts the platinum granted by the original purchase. The account balance may become negative if the platinum has already been spent.

Chargebacks and suspected payment abuse may place the account into a temporary review state, including suspension, until the payment status and account history are reviewed.

Provider Rules

Purchases may also be subject to Xsolla or another payment provider's refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and regional payment rules. Spacestrike may need the provider's transaction status before adjusting game data.
