This update makes the battlefield easier to read from the first shot to the next launch. Weapons, damage, destroyed parts, and combat results now have clearer visual cues, while the ship-building and fighting flow stays familiar.

Shots and explosions

Projectiles have clearer shapes and trails for their weapon type. Hostile shots are easier to distinguish from your own fire, and major weapons have more recognizable firing and impact effects.

Nearby large explosions show stronger blast, debris, and light cues. Camera movement follows the size and distance of the event; distant explosions no longer demand the same attention as a hit beside your ship.

Your small-caliber fire and ordinary hit confirmation remain steady, so sustained shooting does not shake the view.

Ships, bosses, and wrecks

The default ship and its modules have clearer mechanical details. Weapon Bay payloads, flying drones, and missiles have rebuilt silhouettes. Ship skins keep their existing hull shapes.

The Abyss Centipede, Aegis Revenant, and Ancient Mothership now have more distinct bodies, moving parts, weapons, and combat poses. Their attacks and damage are easier to read at a glance.

Destroyed weapon, propulsion, defense, support, and production modules now have distinct wreck shapes. Fragments spin as they travel straight ahead, with smoke that varies by size. Boss deaths, respawn, and return-to-battle moments are also clearer.

Whole modules thrown from a destroyed player or bot ship can collide with either team for a small amount of damage. Temporary spawn protection absorbs those hits.

Combat information and mobile play

The tutorial robot's guidance, combat notices, kill feed, leaderboard, and boss health display have been polished. A new notice no longer restarts older notices, and kill feed lines move out cleanly.

World health bars appear briefly after a health change, while your own damaged modules remain marked. Turn on Always show health bars to keep them visible.

On small landscape screens, team introductions, temporary protection, rewards, and boss health make room for one another. Mobile controls show more of their current state without covering the fight.

Spectated ships now retain their engine, damage, wall-contact, and stealth cues. When an EMP actually disables your weapons, a blue lock and countdown show the remaining disruption.

Comfort and performance

The in-game reduced-motion setting now applies more consistently to HUD and world effects. Explicit game settings take priority over the operating system setting, while effects quality and vibration preferences remain available.

You can also turn off the movement-direction arrow independently of other visual settings.

Effects prioritize the most useful on-screen information during busy fights, with lighter presentation on lower settings and mobile devices.
